Jan-Bart van Roon – Co-Founder

Bart initiated his professional journey at PwC, undertaking the path to become a Dutch CPA and gaining experience in  banking, treasury and energy trading. His career trajectory led him to senior positions at distinguished financial institutions, including ABN AMRO, RBS, and Barclays, where he resided in London for six years.

Simultaneously, he undertook executive and non-executive roles in various private equity companies across diverse global jurisdictions. In addition to his corporate engagements, Jan Bart has embraced advisory roles for numerous companies. His expertise lies in refining business models including buy and build, preparing for IPOs, funding strategies, and delivering strategic support in a variety of industries but with a specific focus on the dynamic FinTech sector.

Jan Bart leverages his extensive experience in Financial Risk and Corporate Finance to serve ICS SMEs, Real Estate Clients, and Institutional Investors.

With a demonstrated history in the Dutch/UK banking sector spanning 25 years, including roles at ABN AMRO and Barclays, Jan Bart brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and has pursued additional executive education at London Business School. Jan Bart is fueled by a dedicated commitment to bridging the gap between investor intentions and tangible actions, striving to cultivate a more responsible and impactful approach to investment decisions.
